I Like the Pike

Client Lower Gwyneed Township Situation:

A stretch of Bethlehem Pike in Lower Gwynedd Township had several properties available for development. The Township was interested in promoting the opportunities and the existing businesses along the pike.

Storytelling:

We developed the unique "I Like the Pike" initiative. The effort featured porperties on a new web site, a briefing fro the regional real estate community adn the launch of teh Lower Gwynedd Business Association. The "I Like the Pike" nights also promoted area restaurants by encouraging guests to the Township's summer concert series to stop in for discounted meals before or after the concerts.

Outcome:

Interest in properties available for development increased with construction started on one of the vacant parcels. The Lower Gwynedd Business Association continues to promote local vendors. Media coverage drew regional attention to the Township's unique approach.
